During his studies at the Nantes School of design and Ravensbourne college of design and communication, Basile Huez studied with the architects Jean Michel Wilmotte and Christian Biecher. After graduation, he decided to strike out on his own and worked for a number of years with Christian Ghion on numerous projects.
