Digital artist and architect Ferdinand Facklam, is interested in art, technology and the possibilities of combining both disciplines. He finds his inspiration in nature, physics, robotics, contemporary art and architecture.
His works are mostly an expression of a creative dispute with the recreation and upsizing of an urban context – be it in the form of art in construction or in form of sculptural objects. Organic shapes are picked up and alienated by design, materialism and technique.
