I am a director of Arup and a member of the firm's East Asia board.
A civil engineer by background, I have been with Arup since 1986. In the last 22 years, I have helped the firm to develop our business and operation in Mainland China, where we now have more than 800 staff in seven offices.
Living in Beijing, and now in Shanghai, for the last 13 years, I have been lucky to be involved in many key projects – including the 2008 Beijing Olympics. I have seen the positive changes that fast eco
