NURBANA, Architectural Development, is a firm that was born with a view to resolve —from start to finish— any type of project. We carry out our projects and offer our clients the turnkey solution, supported by our ability to develop the business model, the design of the architectural project, as well as the management and construction.
Our experience allows us to work on our own projects and also support anyone who needs solutions in any of the stages or the entire project. The capabilities of businessman Norton Carlos Figot Sheinberg (RIP) and architect Michel Andre Figot Kuthy, merged in 2016 to shape their first project, resulting in almost a dozen buildings, houses and apartments. The sum of their skills and knowledge achieves a synergy that result in fully integrated successful projects.
Norton Carlos Figot Sheinberg (RIP)
Chemical engineer by profession, who since 2005 has been dedicated to real estate development and construction. Originally, he did it as an investment partner, later – thanks to his legal, fiscal and administrative knowledge – he joined as partner and director of METRA developer. Later he founded, together with his son, his own developer and construction company where his knowledge and administrative skills were used with great success.
Michel Andre Figot Kuthy
Architect graduated with honors from the UIA in 2011. During his student years he worked at METRA, a developer, which allowed him to acquire the necessary experience to begin his professional career carrying out small design projects, remodeling and interior work. His enormous interest in sustainability leads him to work for a firm specialized in green roofs, acquiring notable skills in the subject that give him the opportunity to join the ranks of the Serrano Monjaraz firm as head of executive projects. Later he joined as a project manager in the nascent Urban Strategy developer where he acquired what was necessary to later found NURBANA Desarrollo Arquitectónico with Norton C. Figot.
