The house reflects and materialises the client's requirements in itsbat spatial and functional composition on a small site, creating a complex unit. On its first two levels, the object is defined by its L-shaped disposition, with 3rd level following the site border and recessed 4th level as a superstructure with wellness and terrace. By creating the superstructure, the house doesn't violate the vertical allignment of the surrouding buildings. Representative living area is located on the groundfloor The terrain of the site is slightly leveled, wich allows the living room to be partly put below the ground. Private spaces for family with bedrooms are loccated on second and third floor. Terraces on top floors offer nice views of the area. Trespa cladding is used on the facade for the whole building except the top floor, which facade is made of Rheinzink. The combination of white and anthracyte colour of the cladding highlights the entrance to the building and garage.
