11 N Moore is a new luxury condominium building occupying a full block-through lot in North Tribeca and comprised of 18 residential units, inclusive of a duplex penthouse with 20' high ceilings. Each unit is equipped with modern European appliances and cabinetry, and a minimum of 11' high ceilings. This new project draws back on the large loft style apartments of Tribeca that are all 3,000-square feet and above, with large living spaces and oversized windows.
