The aim of New Longea car park is to connect the proposed interventions with the surrounding environment, optimizing the inclusion in terms of landscape and minimizing the visual impact caused by himself. The project wants to maintain the original continuity of the slope, removing the effects of impact offered by an excessive intrusiveness and heaviness of structural works and road works. The architecture of parking is born from a desire of belonging to the context and being specific. The natural environment suggests the possibility of operating in the same manner of natural conformation of the slope above. This inspiration generates artificial shapes in elevation applied to the development of the new parking structure.
