The response was to propose a minimal architecture both material and formal resources, not only as an aesthetic choice, but as an ethical principle of enhancing a more rational use of available resources. This architecture should be incorporated into the landscape stripped willing to belong, joining the existing reality. Thus it was decided that an envelope of only two materials-concrete and glass-out proposal to resolve the relationship with the landscape and respond to formal, structural, functional, terminations and maintenance issues.
La respuesta fue la proposición de una arquitectura de mínimos recursos tanto materiales como formales, no sólo como elección estética sino como principio ético de valorización de un uso más racional de los recursos disponibles. Esta arquitectura despojada debía incorporarse al paisaje con voluntad de pertenencia, integrándose a la realidad preexistente. Es así como se decidió que una envolvente de dos únicos materiales -hormigón y vidrio- fuera la propuesta para resolver la relación con el paisaje y dar respuesta a los temas formales, estructurales, funcionales, de terminaciones y de mantenimiento.
