The building is located on an unconventional site, so in order to take advantage of the unique form we decided to build two different blocks which are connected by the vertical circulation core, getting a total of 7 apartments. Because of this kind of arrangement, the offer gains in spatial diversity, occasionally generating double height schemes, so it reaches a wider range of the housing market.
The structure consists of concrete walls and ribbed slabs, so no columns are needed and it increases the spatial articulation. Not a single room in the building lacks in natural illumination and ventilation. The main façade has a rainwater collection system to satisfy the principal feature of the building; which is covered with a vegetation curtain and plants. This element allows the building to integrate itself respectfully to the context, and to give away more green and less gray.
