EN The Project is located within the building Maslak 42 in the district center of Istanbul. The intervention is on one level with a total area of 1200 square meters. The layout design proposes the longitudinal course of the existing plant trying to create an dynamic spatial route, where the dividing elements (coated with different materials) constitute scenes by giving to environment own identity. The materials used such as travertine for the floor and wall of the entrance hall, carpeting and wall bronze metal for the production areas enhance the project, giving a more recognizable identity to the spaces, emphasizing style and elegance that has always characterized the financial group.

IT Il Progetto si colloca all’interno dell’edificio Maslak 42 nell’omonimo quartiere commerciale di Istanbul. L’intervento si
sviluppa su un unico livello per una superficie complessiva di 1200 mq. Il layout progettuale ripropone l’andamento
longitudinale della pianta dell’edificio esistente cercando di creare un percorso spaziale dinamico, dove gli elementi
divisori (rivestiti con materiali diversi) si configurano come quinte sceniche attribuendo ad ogni ambiente una propria
identità. I materiali utilizzati quali il travertino per i pavimenti ed i rivestimenti delle hall d’ingresso, la moquette e
rivestimento in metallo color bronzo per le aree produttive valorizzano il progetto, dando una maggiore identità e
riconoscibilità agli spazi, sottolineandone stile ed eleganza che da sempre ha caratterizzato il gruppo finanziario
