Part of the Green Park Masterplan, this sustainable development consisted of a 14 Storey Hotel for the Intercontinental Group. It is a gateway building for Dundalk Town South and stands prominently on its site. The top floor was reserved for a restaurant with wonderful views of the Cooley Peninsula and Dundalk Town. The building includes for local photovoltaic power generation, a wood chip fired district heating system and super insulated facades specially developed with Permasteelisa in Italy. The contract was a design build contract.
