In nature we are surrounded by details that evidence the rise of things; the union of the rivers, the flower’s blooming, sunsets and many others, which may seem insignificant but fill us with wonder and capture our attention. That is our concept for IRO, a gesture that evidence the separation between the backrest, back legs and the seat, generating at the same time a detail of connection between each one.

IRO captivates us through the smoothness of its curves, the subtle touches of color and the greatness of its backrest. We use solid wood as main material for legs and the structure and plywood for the backrest and seat. For the bonding color detail of the back legs and the backrest buttons, we chose metal by the ease of production for this type of curvature. The mixture of these two materials allows highlighting their characteristics and complements the chair design, not only in form but also in function. In addition to these materials, we include the textile to give the option of an upholstering seat for greater comfort.

IRO is designed for all warm and contemporary spaces that will attract the curiosity of people by its formal simplicity and color contrasts. It is a chair for people who are attracted by wood and the details and are searching for new options to refresh their homes. In addition to this, IRO would fit perfectly in restaurants, bars and offices.
