The old apartment was occupied dilapidated. The owner wanted a luxury and comfortable apartment. Archion proposed to utilize the attic of the building. The habitable surface became nearly doubled. The view is amazing and there is a sea of light. The house has been thoroughly insulated with PU insulation Utherm Unilin. The hall was transformed into a astonishing entrance hall. The old walls were partially kept visible through which the old beams appeared. The other walls were partly painted and partly covered with wooden slats.
