Transporting a house in one truck, assamble it in a day and a half, and have with it a completely autonomous comfortable space. These were the three challenges of the project, and these have also been the major achievements of this prefabricated, modular, modern and ecological house. Designed with the maximum use of space, it can have a full kitchen, a living room, a comfortable bathroom and a solution to sleep in less than 30m². The installations allow the house to take advantage of solar energy to power their teams in total autonomy.

During its design and construction it has been controlled  the CO2 emissions of all its elements and processes to achieve a module with negative CO2 balance. Its constructive system and technical equipment allow the user to easily control and reduce emissions from its use.

This project combines two modules prefabricated in workshop: a diaphanous space of 23m² , and a compact technological hub that concentrates all facilities  in 5,9m². The modules do not need heavy foundation, they are assembled and can be dismantled, transported and reassembled at another location with the same or different configuration to meet the growing demand for versatility and mobility of the apartment.

This passive and green building combines great interior comfort with very low power consumption. thanks to a high degree of isolation, strict control of thermal bridges and infiltration of unwanted air, woodwork high performance and optimal use of sunlight is achieved.
In this way we get the goal of limiting energy demand to 15 kW / m² year for heating and save up to 90% of energy consumption compared to conventional buildings of the same size.
