This apartment is the result of an exceptional teamwork between Henri Cleinge, Architect and Manon Bélanger, interior designer.

On this narrow urban lot of 41 meters depth, the architect has created a theatrical residence aligning a series of indoor and outdoor spaces linked by a long corridor. The natural lighting can be appreciated throughout the rooms and adds to the warm feeling the apartment already provides.

Noble materials are present inside and outside:  black hill bricks, oxidized brass, hickory wood, red cedar and polished concrete are the key ingredients of this cozy and comfortable environment.

You can’t imagine finding such a spacious contemporary apartment in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal borough, formerly a working-class neighbourhood characterized by brightly coloured houses and now renowned for its cafés, book shops, and a “laissez-faire” attitude.
