The villa shown in the images has a simple and modern design with its minimalism and simplicity. The longitudinal form of the building was done to give a spacious feel regardless of the small area of the land. The elevations of the building do not exceed 8m, however by adding long windows it gives the structure the illusion that it is larger in size. The client requested a very simplistic design which is why only small areas of the external walls are given a natural stone finish.
صممت هذه الفيلا بتفصيلها البسيطة من حيث الكتل الواضحة والصريحة والفتحات الطولية لتعطي اريحية داخل الفراغات من حيث الوظيفة والشكل نظرا لصغر مسحاتها الكلية فواجهة الفيلا من الامام والخلف لا تتجاوز 8M,ليس لها واجهات جانبية يسيطر اللون الابيض على التكوين العام مع بعض التكسيات من الحجر الطبيعي لاضفاء روح العمارة المتوسيطية للفيلا.
