The definition of a new concept and the project for the new Banca TEMA BCC branch was conceived from the values and the identity of the banks group and of its region.
Simplicity, transparency and hospitality are the pinciples that the intervention want to emphasize.
The territory in which the bank operates, is the starting point to create a new stronger image of Banca TEMA; the colors of the landscape are found in the details and in the architectural elements of the project.
The green color of the woods furthermore characterizes the profiles of the internal glass walls and of the furniture elements; the warm tones of the wood define the pavement surface recalling the colors of beach sands while the wavy light-blue of the walls becomes the background of the offices, evocating the sea and the sky.
The space of the branch is configured through the materials and the colors and it’s mainly characterized the transparency of the glass and the visual continuity between the working environment, the comfort­able living zones and the waiting area.

La definizione di un nuovo concept e il progetto della nuova filiale di Banca TEMA BCC è stata concepita a partire dai valori e identità del gruppo bancario e del suo territorio.
La semplicità, la trasparenza, l’accoglienza sono i princìpi che l’intervento vuole sottolineare.
Il paesaggio circostante, entro cui l’istituto di credito opera, è il punto di partenza per creare una nuova immagine di Banca TEMA e per rafforzarla; i colori dei luoghi si ritrovano nei dettagli e negli elementi architettonici del progetto.
Il verde dei boschi caratterizza infatti i profili delle pareti vetrate interne e degli elementi di arredo; i toni caldi del legno definiscono la pavimentazione evocando i colori delle spiagge mentre l’azzurro ondulato di una parete fa da sfondo agli uffici, ricordando il cielo e il mare 
Lo spazio della filiale si configura dunque attraverso i materiali e i colori e si caratterizza principalmente per la trasparenza degli uffici e per la continuità visiva tra gli ambienti di lavoro, di accoglienza e di attesa.
