Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera is a 350 person restaurant and bar with external courtyard and sky garden for internationally acclaimed Chef Sean Connolly. This project was an exploration into scale, texture and the sea. The project was spatially complex spanning 2000sqm of the upper level of the Dubai Opera and posed significant construction challenges. Utilising common materials to achieve uncommon outcomes, the project is conceived around the poetry of the oyster shell and the integrity of Sean’s cooking and ambition.
