Our clients, a young couple with two babies, wanted to build a house on a 1060 m² plot located in the sector of Ejidos in the city of Piura. They had in mind a glass house overlooking the pool, parking for three cars, all rooms with bathrooms and a guest area outside the house. In the first sight of the land we noticed that the plots of the sector did not have water and sewage services, in addition the land was with a difference of almost one meter with respect to the access road, for which it was necessary to raise the house what enough so that the rains caused by the child phenomenon will not flood the house.
