3D mural in Tallinas Kvartals / RIGA ⠀

About work: ⠀
3D facade, in which two centuries and two styles exist at once. The surface of the 1930 building was monotonously broken by windows, it was decided to hide the windows in a heap of new elements of different sizes, thereby creating new dynamics and new facade geometry. The left window is specially left untouched so that the viewer can see what the facade was like before the creation of the art object. From left to right, events are developing, the volumetric forms are becoming more and more, turning the facade of the old building into the volumetric surface of a new level.
In this work, I formulated the language, I realized that I was talking with the viewer not in meanings but in forms, I realized that I like working with complex facades, in which there are a lot of windows and elements that interfere with the work. ⠀

Opening work: ⠀
As a result, it was a party / concert and the opening of the facade, at which Kaspars and I talked about the project and signed the work under the light of the safites.
It was a very strong collaboration with the musician MashaEra (@mashaera), during the concert of which the facade was highlighted and synchronously shimmered.
And during the opening, @hennessy distributed author's cocktails, warming up the atmosphere of music, pre-performance and talk about art. ⠀ ⠀
Organization: @kasparslielgalvis (@ freeriga.lv), @sanitaribena ⠀
