The Old Paper House | Devyni Architektai

The building is located at the intersection of the Old and New Town, where styles of different architecture periods collide. The project is being developed in place of a former Soviet-era canteen around which aesthetic Old Town style buildings are established.

Old near by architecture was a very important factor in the process of design. It was decided to use the color of “old” paper in order not to jump out from the architectural context. Facade, roof and exterior details are "wrapped" in an old yellow paper color.

Graceful, upwards reaching volumes connected with a glass gallery reflect modernity and contemporary luxury. Such distribution of apartment buildings forms a cosy semi-enclosed courtyard with playgrounds and green recreation areas. Maximum comfort in apartments adapted to people with various needs is guaranteed by various smart technologies implemented in the project.
