Situated adjacent to a pond within a marvellous desert estate with breath-taking views towards the Dubai skyline, each of the various conceptual proposals take advantage of this unique setting in different ways.

Our focus is on preserving the site’s natural setting, fauna and wildlife, and respecting the environment of its location by utilising earthy materials to blend and embed the Architecture within its ground and landscape. The building is secondary… a “mirage”.

User experience leads the design, and is enhanced by creating a seamless link between inside and outside, bringing inhabitants closer to the natural elements by bringing the landscape into the house and creating outdoor living spaces, all whilst protecting from the harsh desert climate.
