The DHA Phase VI Private Residence design is streamlined with a simplistic approach to construction, proving that beautifully minimal architecture could bring a luxurious outlook to any design. The house is designed with a conscious effort to maintain a balanced harmony between the interior and exterior spaces.

The geometric volumes and a sense of monumentality, bold form, mixed use of material and use of playful colour gives this design a dynamic look. Linked by a central hallway and a tall entrance door adds to the grandeur of the design. The visual connectivity of the ground and first floor through the use of large glass openings gives the interior spaces a wider feel.

This well-proportioned house offers orientating interior spaces with views to the exterior landscape features. The use of colours and different materials are eye- catching on their own, and harmonious in unison.
