Non c’è un dentro, non c’è un fuori quando ti immergi nella natura.

Ci si fonde con essa.

L’idea di una casa quasi completamente vetrata è arrivata spontanea, non

appena visitai il luogo, un bosco con piante secolari, nel cuore della

Franciacorta.

L’unico posto dove non c’erano piante, ci è sembrato perfetto, predestinato per

costruire una villa naturale, che potesse crescere come un albero.

Le regole locali ci imponevano un’estetica classica, e alla fine, il dialogo con le

autorità e gli enti, ci ha permesso di esprimere un’estetica più vicina a quella

fiamminga, grazie ad ampie vetrate simili a quelle delle vecchie serre, e ad una

struttura che si mostra solo attraverso l’imbastitura verticale ed orizzontale.

La permeabilità, la trasparenza, ci permettono da qualsiasi punto di vivere il

bosco.

Un patio, al centro permette di ricevere luce zenitale, che si diffonde sia in

zona giorno, a livello del terreno, sia in zona notte, al piano superiore.

Al piano interrato, abbiamo scelto di inserire una zona relax, wellness e fitness,

quasi ci fossero radici nel terreno.

Gli arredi sono leggeri, trasparenti, o realizzati con materiali naturali.

Sono vibranti, belli da vivere, da toccare, sinergici e con grandi affinità con la

natura che li circonda.

A patio in the center allows you to receive zenith light, which spreads both in

living area, at ground level, and in the sleeping area, upstairs.

In the basement, we have chosen to include a relaxation, wellness and fitness area,

as if there were roots in the ground.

The furnishings are light, transparent, or made from natural materials.

They are vibrant, beautiful to live, to touch, synergistic and with great affinity with

nature that surrounds them.
