Hosseini office is a renovation project for a construction firm located on the fourth floor of an office building.

By considering client needs, capacity of the space was the main challenge against us.

Client needs was based on 4 main spaces:

•         Waiting room

•         Pantry

•         Working space

•         Manager room

With an eye on the limitation of area , we divided the space into three main parts.

•         Managing part

•         Administrative part

•         Service part

Administrative part contains the waiting room and working space. To divide these two, we used glass partitions .The glass partition provides separate integrated space and privacy by patterns on glass.

Manager room was a more private space , located in the corner.the entrance hid behind the overlapped closet. On the other side we have a service room(w.c. and pantry).we made contrast between public space(waiting room) and private space (service and waiting room) by changing material to emphasize on the diffrence.

Using plants was one of the important needs of the client, so we combined straight lines and curved lines together which made a layer extension to the surfaces.

The space between layers provided enough space for plants and hidden lights.

Store units were another case. Closets followed the same approach. The first priority was protection of space  integration, so we designed an all-in-one wardrobe which made a chance to have a flower box in it.

Choosing neutral colors like black, white and gray made an official atmosphere which decreased by colorful furniture and accessories. Using these items beside plants activated the atmosphere of the space.
