Mad Mouse Coworking | Boor Studio

The project consists of the rehabilitation of a forgotten first floor in the neighborhood of El Carmen in Valencia to house a shared workspace. An open and clean space is sought, where the old stone and concrete walls are the protagonists next to the tables and structures of birch and pine wood. Two facades composed of a pine wood structure and corrugated polycarbonate sheets are created, where the openings are pivoting windows that allow to open and connect the different spaces and heights. All this set with lamps of the firm Lzf-lamps, which give a touch of color to the space and whose material, wood, is in perfect harmony with the environment.

El proyecto consiste en la rehabilitación de un bajo olvidado del barrio de El Carmen en Valencia para albergar un espacio de trabajo compartido.

Se busca un espacio diáfano y limpio, donde los muros antiguos de piedra y hormigón son los protagonistas junto a las mesas y estructuras de madera de abedul y pino.

Se crean dos fachadas compuestas por una estructura de madera de pino y planchas de policarbonato ondulado, donde los huecos son ventanas pivotantes que permiten abrir y conectar los distintos espacios y alturas. Todo ello ambientado con lámparas de la firma Lzf-lamps, las cuales dan el toque de color al espacio y cuyo material, la madera, va en perfecta sintonía con el ambiente.
