After many years in their cherished old office, Komplizen Film, a well-known Independent Film Production Company, sought a new space to accommodate their growing team. The solution was discovered in a beautiful, light-filled warehouse space in Berlin Kreuzberg. Upon entering this space, you are immediately welcomed by a red kitchen bar that leads to the spacious, open central office area. Contrasting the bright colors of the kitchen, the primary design elements embrace warmth and harmony, creating a calm backdrop for the energetic atmosphere brought in by the film production teams. Individual rooms are separated from the open office by a meandering wall, preserving the main structural elements of the original warehouse building. Custom-made block frame doors and glass partitions seamlessly integrate into the walls, providing a tranquil work environment that complements the wall colors and warm wooden floors. Choosing to leave the ceilings exposed preserves the warehouse's character, adding to the overall charm of the space. The kitchen serves as the heart of the office, with its bright colors radiating throughout the entire area. Large glass partitions offer sound separation in the open space, while the coffee bar encourages casual meetings and spontaneous gatherings. Adjacent to the open workspace is the main meeting room, thoughtfully separated by large glass partitions. It's a versatile space, not just for work meetings, but for meals and collaborative brainstorming, fostering a sense of community and shared vision.
