The project is located on a property that borders the spring forest to the south and west and has a drop of 14m from its highest point. This was the starting point for designing the architecture, accompanying the natural topography of the terrain and opening the views towards the forest. As a result, the project starts at street level and goes up to achieve that the ground floor develops at the level of the rear garden and the upper floor has all its free views towards the natural landscape.

We used stone materials and steel, with the intention of creating a sober and simple appearance to the residence. Apparent concrete has an important role in all areas, both exterior and interior, in the same way, the green areas that visually accompany each space.

The gardens of the house go hand in hand with the architecture and several interior areas were designed to integrate vegetation, which accompanies the exterior where the landscaped spaces that complement the facade and the side corridors are projected.

For our clients, social areas were very important, especially the terrace, an important area of the project is destined to an outdoor terrace overlooking the forest, it is made up of a kitchen area with a bar and a space for living and dining the warmth of a fire pit accompanies them.
