For the first time in two decades, we have conceived a spiritual project. It is the mausoleum we have built in a cemetery in the northwest of Madrid. It is a work that once again demonstrates that architecture always tells a story, holds meaning, and exudes coherence.

It was conceived as "a place to remember moments of happiness and mitigate the pain of a loss, where one can encounter the passage of time in a calm and serene manner."

Precisely, and due to the certainty of the inevitable passage of time, natural materials that beautify with age were chosen: chestnut, concrete, and granite. The design shuns artifice and tends towards pure lines. There is a bench in front of the columbarium, inviting the visitor to reflect in an open space that connects with nature and its symbolism: an olive tree, a tree of very long life and beautiful aging, associated with peace, and a cypress, planted at the back coinciding with the cross punched in the concrete, whose length symbolizes the approach to the divine with the passage of life.
It is worth emphasizing other elements such as the cross, which adheres to the golden ratio, or divine proportion, contributing to the harmony sought by the ensemble. Regarding the foundation, it is set back from the volume with the aim of giving the sensation that the piece floats and rises.
The mausoleum is accessed through a separate piece of granite and is designed for niches and coffins.
