The 600 m² chalet spans three floors and offers its guests the highest comfort and modern luxury. It comprises three bedrooms, a living area with a home cinema, a wellness area with yoga and fitness room, service kitchen, staff quarters, and a 390 m² outdoor area including pools.

The Chalet Alpurio skillfully combines classic Alpine details with highly modern design. Special attention has been given to the staircase, located directly in the entrance area with large windows. Sufficient daylight allows for a decorative light installation consisting of twelve glass lamps, which act as highlights extending outside. The mouth-blown crystal cubes Pyrite by Bomma are enclosed by a metal part, creating an impressive play of light. The challenge was to individually integrate the light fixtures into the ceiling, as an aesthetic requirement was to largely avoid visible rosettes. With a specially developed inspection hatch in the upper floor, the installation could be ensured, allowing access for future maintenance work as well. The entire house integrates specific architectural features emphasized by light. Architectural details are highlighted with continuous scenarios of indirect LED strips with atmospheric light colors, creating unity with the interior design. The generous window fronts provide ample daylight, thus a constantly changing lighting mood. With the use of adjustable luminaires, daylight is integrated into the artificial lighting design in the Chalet Alpurio. In the bedrooms and living areas of the chalet, Occhio luminaires are used. The individually adjustable advanced light fixtures with touchless control and gesture control allow guests to adjust light color and intensity according to their preferences. The special lens optics simultaneously provide glare-free light.

The lighting design in the bathrooms and corridors integrates a system that provides light without being directly recognizable as a light source. The oval design of the recessed downlights also allows for unobtrusive lighting without glare or shadows. The light becomes one with the architecture and provides optimal general lighting.
