Manavgat River Houses is an apartment project located in a location adjacent to the Manavgat River. The project stands out with its river view, central location and large landscape areas.

Land Analysis

The project area is located adjacent to the Manavgat River. The land has a long form extending on the east-west axis. There are roads on thewestern and eastern sides of the land. There is a river view to the East of the plot.

Concept

The project design is based on emphasizing the natural features of the land and the natural beauty of its surroundings. For this purpose, two low-rise linear blocks almost perpendicular to each other has been designed. Hence, all apartments can either view the river or the lagoon, designed as a landscaping element.

Block Types and Apartment Plans

There are two types of blocks were used in the project. A Blocks and B Blocks. A Blocks are located perpendicular to the north-south axis and all living areas of the apartments are facing south, where bedrooms are facing north for cooling. B Blocks are located parallel to the east-west axis and the apartments face east (Manavgat River) and west (lagoon). 

Facade Design

The façade design is in harmony with the horizontal row of blocks, and the
monotony is broken with roof motifs that reflect the plan on the façade. The façade materials are natural stone on the ground floors and natural wood or wood-like composite and plaster on the upper floors. The last floors are designed as a standing seam roof system.

Landscape

A large landscape area has been created in the project area. The landscape area includes a lagoon, walking paths, seating areas, children's playgrounds and green areas. The landscape design is in accordance with the natural location and general concept of the project.

Manavgat River Houses is an apartment project offering a comfortable and modern living space in Manavgat. The project stands out with its river view,central location, large landscape areas and modern design.
