Surrounded by Woods of holm oaks and centuries-old cypresses, picturesque vineyards and olive groves, the majestic farm and villa of Poggio Alla Sala exemplifies what is so unique about Tuscany. The Silk Road, that once wove through this region, continues to fuel our imagination to these days. Poggio Alla Sala offers its own nod to the historic trade route and pays homage to cultural pluralism and the exotique world of travel.

Precise hotels unique approach to design aesthetic reflects our fascination with the world of travel, commitment to handcraft and passion for global culture. We create cinematic interiors with a sense of extraterritoriality, that transcends cultural and geographic boundaries. The concept of extraterritoriality in design is an intellectual- sensual exercise- like writing a scrip. It involves creating a space that exists outside the realm of the known, where time and place are not easily definable, yet every detail strike a note and has a context in the story telling. Mixing the vaguely familiar with the unexpected and unique enable guest to feel safe and comfortable while experiencing the magic of this otherworldly place.

We introduced our unique PRECISE aesthetic to Poggio Alla Sala without losing its authentic historic spirit, restoring the terracotta floors, frescos and vaulted ceiling and windows.

While drawing inspiration from various sources in the East and the West, we focused on creating a sense of atmosphere and mood, through the use of dimly-lit space, muted palette of colors, and natural materials. The design is elegant but not intimidating or opulent even with the luminous frescoes overhead above the freestanding iron four poster bed in the suites.

The hotel has just received the prestigious Michelin key recognition, earned for the interior design concept, services, and culinary offerings.
