Floderer | Dorénavant Studio

An undisputed landmark in Paris's tenth arrondissement since 1909, Brasserie Floderer is now embracing a new future while enhancing its historic roots. Designed by Dorénavant studio. This architectural metamorphosis is expressed by the advent of light in a space once cloaked in the bewitching shadows typical of Alsatian Winstub. Drawing a line from the history of the house that preceded us to that which will succeed us, Olivier Lopez and Kevin Zanni have written a new chapter for Brasserie Floderer, setting it in a natural evolution, in keeping with the times.

Référence incontestée du dixième arrondissement parisien depuis 1909, l’incontournable Brasserie Floderer embrasse aujourd’hui un nouvel avenir tout en valorisant son ancrage historique. Portée par Dorénavant studio. Cette métamorphose architecturale s’exprime par l’avènement de la lumière dans un espace autrefois habillé par l’ombre envoutante propres aux Winstub alsaciens. En traçant une ligne depuis l’histoire de la maison qui nous précède à celle qui va nous succéder, Olivier Lopez et Kevin Zanni écrivent ainsi un nouveau chapitre de la Brasserie Floderer en l’inscrivant dans une évolution naturelle, en cohérence avec l’époque actuelle.
