COOOP spearheaded the design of the Lyari Expressway project in Karachi, Pakistan, commissioned by the National Highway Authority, with a project cost of PKR 9,735 Million. This expressway, spanning along the Lyari River, serves as a controlled access four-lane thoroughfare, strategically traversing the metropolitan expanse of Karachi.

Our comprehensive services included detailed topographic surveys and traffic studies, essential for understanding the dynamics of the urban landscape and optimizing traffic flow. COOOP also undertook the design of interchanges, entry and exit ramps, and other infrastructure elements, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient access to the expressway.

Furthermore, COOOP played a pivotal role in the preparation of tender documents, facilitating the procurement process for construction contractors. Our construction supervision and management services ensured adherence to design specifications and quality standards throughout the implementation phase.
