Situated on Bedian Road and spanning nine floors, the project is currently under construction, promising to offer modern and comfortable living spaces to its residents. The FGEHA aims to address the housing needs of government employees and other groups by launching Housing/Apartment Schemes at Mouza Thither, Tehsil Cantt., District Lahore, on 75.11 kanals of land.

The project will feature 1,460 apartments of various categories, catering to different housing requirements. With a total covered area of approximately 2,154,596 square feet, the development will provide ample living space for its occupants.
