Chef's table | loft buro

The legend is always important for us, as it becomes the main motive for creating the design and subordinates all the selected elements. Naturally, we chose the maritime theme for a city with a majestic history on the shores of the azure sea. We worked on it in several directions: art, materials, and colors.

The 33 m² area includes 10 visitor seats, professional kitchen equipment, and a spice cabinet. The painting "Sea Maiden" by British artist Herbert James Draper, which evokes the mood of immersion in the sea blue, made the sliding technological partition emotional.

The space with the chef's table is like the seabed. It is in this special atmosphere that special dinners take place. The theatrical effect for the appearance of each dish above the table is created by a decorative structure - a complex solution for arranging the hood and lamps located above the seats. Different lighting scenes accompany the chef's work, during which he demonstrates the mastery of sophisticated combinations of flavors and aesthetics in serving the author's dishes.

Our passion for natural materials is embodied in the chef's table, which we transformed into an art object. Oxidized copper tiles form a shimmering surface, supporting the main color scheme of Draper's painting.

The visual accent is a wall cabinet of flavors, where you can explore the variety of precious spices that were delivered by sea to shape the perfection of dishes. All furniture and decorative elements were made in Ukraine, delivered, and assembled by Ukrainian craftsmen.
