When talking about kaiseki cuisine, you have to mention the Japanese tea ceremony. Japan's "tea sage" Sen no Rikyu attaches great importance to the spiritual pursuit of leisure and believes that a simple diet of "one juice and three vegetables" is most suitable for tea. The so-called "one juice and three dishes" refers to one soup, one sashimi, one boiled dish, one fried or grilled dish. In order to highlight the tea ceremony itself, the flavors of the ingredients are mostly fresh. This is the original form of kaiseki cuisine.

Kaiseki Ryori (Kaiseki Ryori) is a refined and elegant traditional Japanese cuisine usually used in tea ceremonies and Japanese banquets. It emphasizes seasonal ingredients, balanced flavours, exquisite presentation and meticulous attention to each dish. Kaiseki began as a snack prepared to accompany the tea ceremony, and has since evolved into a formal meal consisting of multiple courses. Kaiseki restaurants focus on beauty and harmony in design and presentation, with each dish carefully selected to reflect seasonal ingredients and the changes in nature.

Therefore, we believe that kaiseki cuisine is a balanced food culture that embodies "natural simplicity" and pursues "exquisite restraint". The interior design should also continue this cooking style.

DESIGN STYLE

We use burnt wood materials, showing a natural and bold atmosphere, and the careful and orderly layout makes people feel the inner meaning of restraint and forbearance. Each piece of fire wood seems to be the crystallization of ingenuity, which together builds the artistic texture of the space. The clever arrangement of these wood pieces is like the color combination on an artist's canvas, exquisite and unique. At the same time, Japanese Ukiyo-e style paintings are incorporated to enhance the artistic atmosphere.

DESIGN EFFECT

Not to tempt with fragrance, but to be in a state of mind.

Painting is like a window, leading the viewer to a world full of historical vicissitudes and artistic emotions. Every line and color in the picture exudes the traces of time, making people involuntarily immersed in it and savoring the rise and fall of the past. And this sense of immersion gradually spreads throughout the space, as if going back in time, intertwining modernity and classics.

Natural stone injects a heavy texture into the space, as if the mark of time is quietly flowing on the stone. Stone is not only a decoration of space, but also a bridge connecting the past and present, allowing viewers to feel the weight of time and the inheritance of civilization while admiring it. With its unique texture and quiet presence, it gives the entire space a unique emotion.

In the interior architectural design, we created an integrated spatial structure. The interlocking relationship between beams and columns is natural and interesting, like an architectural symphony. Each component is like a note in a musical score, fitting together harmoniously.

The choice of materials and colors on the wall are exquisite, exuding a natural warmth, as if it is a hidden world away from the hustle and bustle. The design of the furniture combines comfort and beauty, perfectly integrating Japanese simple aesthetics with modern luxury.

The VIP private room continues our overall concept, and the choice of soft furnishings and decorative surfaces reflects the contemporary Japanese cultural charm, creating a tranquil and luxurious experience for diners. It brings together ingenuity and art, waiting for the discovery and experience of every taster. It is not only a space, but also an emotional exchange and a touching of the soul.
