A new approach to create a comforting, relaxing interior of dental practice was proposed to the clients of Identica. A place where wood and concrete create perfect balance and calming space before your appointment.

The plan of the clinic sets up a clear division:  the central communication core separates the patient area from the staff area. Glazing  wall separates the waiting room, creating a muted, calming zone for patients. With mobile panels  the space can open up creating a spacious, welcoming entrance with a monoblock stone counter in the center.

The area covers 4 treatment rooms and an additional X-ray room, manager's room and social facilities for staff. As authors of this project we are  satisfied with the minimalist finish of the interior elements maintaining Scandinavian hygge vibe. Our priority was to change the cold, sterile expectations of a dental clinic, making the waiting and appointment itself a a subtle and cozy experience.

Owners, being danish-deasing-lovers wanted to create a timeless interior that would be a beautiful place for work. Due to their passion for Danish design, they really wanted to

use original Danish furniture and furnishings that they collected from

venues and antique shops during a trip to Denmark.

Clients were very involved in the project and searched for the best solutions along with the design team. Being on the same page is the key to success, as everyone is working hard for the overall vision that we want to achieve.
