The main feature of Panorama Apartment is its incredible view from both sides of the apartment. That way, the entire layout of the house was designed to enhance the view, from architecture to decoration. The center of the transformation was the integration of the kitchen and the living room, expanding the usable area and modernizing the environment. The renovation lasted 5 months and covered the entire 127 m² apartment.

Upon entering this home, we come across the large area that encompasses both kitchen and living room. Before, the kitchen was traditional, separated from the rest of the house by a wall, and the client's main desire was for this to be changed. Therefore, the wall was torn down and replaced by an island that opens directly into the living room, allowing greater connection in family life and also when receiving guests.

In this new spacious environment, we sought to define a color palette and materials that would enhance the entry of natural light. Thus, light colored stones and wood were used as well as and velvet effect coverings, combining earthy tones with the softness of colors such as gray and beige. As for the decor, we chose short furniture that does not block the residents' view, so they can enjoy the landscape from almost any part of the house.

In the gourmet space, where the stone barbecue grill is located, the floor was leveled with the living room. Additionally, a closed “technical area” was created to block the heat from the air conditioning condensers, which prevented this area from being used. That way, the space is now more comfortable and fresh. The result was that this room was also integrated with the living room and kitchen, transforming the social area of the house into a single space in which many people can share moments of joy.

Still in the living room, camouflaged in the wooden panel, is the bathroom door. As well as the other social bathroom of the house, this space features more neutral tones in porcelain and Calacata marble, with a focus on functionality. Meanwhile, the master suite's bathroom gained an extra touch of sophistication. The materials used were the same as the other bathrooms, but in lighter colors, leaving the room naturally lit. Comfort is completed by replacing the whirlpool tub with a soaking tub.

In the Home Office, the most significant change was the creation of a cabinet that simulates a panel to be placed behind the desk. The objective is for it to serve as a good background for video calls made in the room.

Finally, the rooms have a simple and practical layout without losing their charm. In both, the beds are accompanied by modern lamps and windows for the incredible view. The master suite has a few more details, such as an upholstered leather headboard, a rack and a renovated closet.
