Centrality: In the central core of the project, a clear path forms the main axis, which is folded at the end and moves to the upper floor.

Hierarchy: Along the main axis, the valuation of spaces increases from semi-private to private (personal), and also the hierarchy of lighting in the house is ranked based on performance.

Privacy: Blades in the facade with an angle of about 45 degrees with the main axes limit the disturbing view of the surrounding buildings, and at the same time, by using soft and dancing forms, it includes visual beauty from the inside and outside view.

Renovation Project of Jan-e Ja Villa Located in Mehrshahr.

This house was a villa for the permanent life of a young couple, who, in addition to their daily life, wanted to consider their workspace in this place. in the annexed part that was located in the south courtyard of the villa.

The house contains the happenings of daily life and supports us like a familiar support. In the meaning of house, it is a mechanism for life, but we were trying to find a common concept for home among young couples. The exchange of spatial thoughts and experiences among them is subject to common contexts and contexts.

For everyone, a house is a mechanism for life, but in the mind of each person, a house has a separate concept. We repeated the memories and definitions many times with the young couple as the main user so that we could create a place whose concept is familiar to them from now on. Be the creator of new concepts for them.

(home, I am myself)
