SITGES HOUSE, GOLF TERRAMAR | VERONICA MIMOUN STUDIO

House located in the urbanization Can Girona in Sitges on a plot with swimming pool and views to the Terramar Golf Course.

It consists of 400 m2 distributed in 4 bedrooms en suite, living room, kitchen and service area.

The views of the Golf Club and in the background, the sea, are enjoyed from all the windows of the bedrooms.  In the social area, the views of the private garden with swimming pool.

All the pavement of the house has been made in Mortex.

Lobby

Reception that acts as a central axis from where the different areas of the house are accessed. With great success, the Do-lo-rez carpet by Nani Marquina embellishes the entire lobby, becoming unmistakably a point of attraction.  Next to it, a custom-made mirror.

Guest Bathroom

On one side of the lobby, the courtesy toilet, in which the walls are wrapped in a nautical tone paper.

Living and Dining Room

On the other side of the hall we find in an open space, the living room and dining room.

In the living room, sofa made to measure with Crevin fabrics.  Decorative cushions with fabrics by Güell Lamadrid and James Malone.

Custom-made lacquered coffee table.

The ivory sisal carpet made to measure and linen curtains.

The Apex pouf by Roche Bobois and the floor lamp is the TMM by Santa & Cole.

In the dining area, two custom-made tableware cabinets designed by Veronica Mimoun in blue tones to evoke the Mediterranean coast.

The custom-made and lacquered table makes up the dining area together with the chairs upholstered with fabric by Crevin and the TR Spot & Up suspension lamp by Insolit with direct and indirect light made of white lacquered aluminum.

Terrace

Through the large windows of the living room you can access the garden of the house through a large porch where we set up a living room and an outdoor dining room.

In the living room area, furniture designed by Veronica Mimoun in wood and iron.  Fora P lamp by Bover.

All the furniture, both table and chairs are the Conrad model by Unopiu in graphite color.

Fora S lamp by Bover. When going up the stairs, it gives straight access to the the bedroom floor, the night area.

Guest Bedroom 1

This bedroom consists of two upholstered single beds, Roche Bobois carpet and table lamp model Funiculí of Marset on a coffee table of the firm Hay.

Linen curtains by Yutes.

Guest Bedroom 2

In this bedroom the Roche Bobois rug takes center stage in the neutral background characterized by a double bed, Hay bedside tables and Marset Bolita lighting..

 Guest Bedroom 3

This bedroom is characterized as the most sailor of all three with its headboards in blue tones and striped decorative cushions, all on a white background.

Hay bedside tables and Dalú Lamp table lamp by Artemide.

Primary Bedroom

It consists of dressing room with Roche Bobois carpet, bedroom and bathroom.

In the bedroom, the bedside tables made to measure and lacquered in white with suspended lighting Sento Sospeso by Occhio.

The bed is custom-made and upholstered in white linen.  The cushions and the plaid are also custom-made in natural linen by Yutes.

In the bedroom we included a closet as a chest of drawers that serves as a dressing table.

And in the bathroom, both the flooring and the walls were made in Mortex following the clean and pure aesthetics of the house.
