Located in a classic French building from the 1900s in the 5th arrondissement, this studio is adjacent to the main apartment of the owners, connected to it by a door disguised with mirrors but at the same time equipped with an independent entrance, intended to be used as guest accommodation. The space, about 40 square meters, consists of a mini kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom, and a “fluid” area that serves both as a living area and a bedroom. The design concept stems from the need to create unstructured spaces equipped with multifunctional storage elements. The dining table “embraces” the structural part at the center of the space on two sides and merges with the living area, defined by a large sofa situated in a niche lined with satin-finish steel-effect laminate, carved into the wall. This, in turn, transforms into a bed.

The color palette is inspired by Le Corbusier’s color charts and includes shades of powder pink on the floor, vermilion in the kitchen, and sky blue for the curtains and wall sconces, combined with concrete and white walls. In homage to France and Le Corbusier, the stools and lamps are also his designs.
