The design of a family home emphasizes a central reception area and intimate spaces for family life.

In the center of the property, a swimming pool delimits and organizes the various reception areas. The living room, kitchen, and dining table with a terrace bordering the pool that extends into the large covered reception area. Opposite the living room, on the other side of the pool, a sunbathing area features a shelter for an intimate space.

The property has 3 parking spaces with an umbrella-type cover. The slab extends to slide under a large floating volume.

The front door opens onto a reception area with a patio, overlooking a large Champa tree. The main circulation winds around the patio and distributes the different areas of the house. The reception area is on the first floor, while the private area is on the second floor. The vertical circulation connects with a footbridge leading to the children's area, which includes a playroom with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the other side of the footbridge, an independent bedroom provides a multifunctional space. It can accommodate a young adult within the family, or a guest, or could be transformed into an office.

Floating above the garden, the main volume is dedicated to the master suite. The entrance door leads into a walking closet accompanied by a thin longitudinal opening.

The full-length bedroom offers a variety of furnishing arrangements, including a lounge area. Longitudinal windows with sunshades overlooking the pool and garden. The bathroom has a large opening onto the patio and the Champa tree, which opens onto the sky.

On the main volume, a terrace overlooks the surrounding neighborhood and is ideal for entertaining guests on a starlit night.
