The study aimed to adapt the existing building to meet the needs of a luxurious all-inclusive hotel complex, ensuring high-standard hospitality.
By maintaining the arch element, which reflects the island’s classic character, and through the application of simple lines, earthy colors, and natural materials, the building acquires a modern aesthetic while preserving visible references to its history.
