Minimal, white finishes emphasise the geometric form of this house in Crema. Named L2A house, the two-storey, three-bedroom house aims to create a contemporary interpretation of a villa, essential in its sculptural forms but comfortable in its spaces. Outside, a sequence of straight and curved lines defines the volumes that interact with each other in a play of joints.

The porch wraps around two sides of the house, protecting the south-facing living area during the hottest hours and opening westward into a large, summer living area. The white sunshades filter the light, creating a sense of intimacy and privacy and  ensures that the house remains cool and shaded, enhancing the comfort of its inhabitants even during the hottest days.

On the ground floor, the living area features large open spaces where different areas are in direct communication with each other and with the external spaces. The modern furnishings relate to the building's architectural language through simple lines and natural colours, ranging from the warm tones of sand and stone to those of wood. These choices create a harmonious blend between the indoor and outdoor environments, emphasizing a seamless transition that enhances the overall living experience.

The staircase, a monolithic element covered in grey resin, develops around a white parallelepiped that contains an integrated concrete tub of hanging greenery at its apex. The parapet, made up of white painted perforated sheet-metal panels, allows visual continuity between the two levels. This design element also enhances the spatial flow within the house, making the transition between floors smooth and visually appealing.

On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to a small terrace overlooking the Crema countryside, providing a private outdoor space where the inhabitants can enjoy the serene views. The design of the sleeping area prioritises privacy and comfort, with each room thoughtfully positioned to maximise natural light and ventilation. This approach ensures a tranquil and restful environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a long day.

L2A house is a blending minimalistic design with functionality and comfort. The careful attention to detail in both the interior and exterior spaces creates a harmonious living environment that is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

Le finiture bianche e minimaliste enfatizzano la forma geometrica di questa casa a Crema. La casa a due piani e tre camere da letto mira a creare un'interpretazione contemporanea di una villa, essenziale nelle sue forme scultoree ma confortevole nei suoi spazi. All'esterno, una sequenza di linee rette e curve definisce i volumi che interagiscono tra loro in un gioco di incastri.

Il portico avvolge due lati della casa, proteggendo la zona giorno esposta a sud durante le ore più calde e aprendosi verso ovest in una grande zona living estiva. I frangisole bianchi filtrano la luce, creando un senso di intimità e privacy e garantendo che la casa rimanga fresca e ombreggiata, migliorando il comfort degli abitanti anche durante i giorni più caldi.

Al piano terra, la zona giorno presenta ampi spazi aperti dove le diverse aree comunicano direttamente tra loro e con gli spazi esterni. Gli arredi moderni si relazionano al linguaggio architettonico dell'edificio attraverso linee semplici e colori naturali, che vanno dalle tonalità calde della sabbia e della pietra a quelle del legno. Queste scelte creano una fusione armoniosa tra gli ambienti interni ed esterni, enfatizzando una transizione fluida che migliora l'esperienza abitativa complessiva.

La scala, un elemento monolitico rivestito in resina grigia, si sviluppa attorno a un parallelepipedo bianco che contiene una vasca di cemento integrata con piante sospese al suo apice. Il parapetto, costituito da pannelli di lamiera forata verniciati di bianco, permette una continuità visiva tra i due livelli. Questo elemento di design migliora anche il flusso spaziale all'interno della casa, rendendo la transizione tra i piani fluida e visivamente attraente.

Al primo piano, la zona notte è composta da tre camere da letto e un bagno. La camera matrimoniale ha accesso diretto a un piccolo terrazzo con vista sulla campagna di Crema, offrendo uno spazio esterno privato dove gli abitanti possono godersi serenamente la vista. Il design della zona notte prioritizza la privacy e il comfort, con ogni stanza posizionata in modo da massimizzare la luce naturale e la ventilazione. Questo approccio garantisce un ambiente tranquillo e riposante, perfetto per il relax e il riposo dopo una lunga giornata.

L2A house è una fusione di design minimalista con funzionalità e comfort. La cura dei dettagli sia negli spazi interni che esterni crea un ambiente abitativo armonioso, esteticamente piacevole e pratico.
