The architectural style is Mamluk style in Egypt, and its main features are: stone, wood is used for elements such as doors and balconies, domes, stucco is used for decorative elements, columns, arabesque, Islamic patterns, cornices, pointed (two centred) arches and the villa are monumental in scale which is popular in Mamluk buildings specifically in Egypt.

Mamluk building is generally not symmetrical, instead it tends to emphasise the use of balance over symmetry in its overall composition.
