This apartment is a minimal space equipped for relaxation, rebooting, and powerful work. The small multifunctional space is a strategic combination of architectural and economic ingenuity.

In an area of only 30 square meters, there is a living room with a cinema room that can be easily transformed into a bedroom, a functional kitchen, a small hallway with a spacious closet, and a comfortable bathroom with a laundry area and storage space.

We have assembled an ensemble of honest materials and color combinations that reveal the architectural essence of Odesa, with the characteristic features inherent in this particular region.  

The design was made tactful to harmoniously combine technology with aesthetics - the fusion of materials and technologies brings the room closer to the aesthetics of a loft.

The concrete elements of the building's structure were preserved, and the remaining walls were decorated according to the traditions of seaside recreation areas: the planes were filled with wooden panels, travertine was used as a backdrop, and classic metal fences were turned into metal partitions with glass reinforced with metal mesh. Elements of electrical networks were made in open wiring - steel pipes - creating an additional decor on the ceiling. 

The accent among the warm range of natural materials was a sofa in the color of sea blue. 

The back of the couch is a metal structure with lamps, shelves, and a mirror, replacing bulky bedside tables.

The dominant feature of the interior is driftwood, washed by the sea and scorched by the sun, a plastic form created by nature to admire its ingenuity and boundless beauty. 

The marine symbolism in the interior is firmly "tied" to Oleg Volosovsky's art objects, such as the "ropes" composition and the dining table with wicker legs.

The furniture can easily change its location or be transformed according to the room's function - reception, sleeping area, relaxation. 

The kitchen, which is minimal in size, has a full set of professional equipment that can satisfy the needs of an experienced chef. 

The bathroom is equipped with everything necessary for personal hygiene and equipped with storage space. The washing machine is placed in a cabinet with closed facades to make the interior as holistic as possible.

A ceiling fan that cools the room like a gentle breeze and a modern audio and video system for immersing yourself in a movie create a leisurely atmosphere.

Such a smart room with a fascinating aesthetic can serve both as a place for temporary rest and as a permanent home.
