the themes SALT CRISTALS and WOOD were interpreted by PLAJER + FRANZ in a modern way.
the salt shaped pavilion BOTANICA is architecturally inspired by the saline heritage of BAD ORB.
the direct connection to the region is also reflected in the wood finish, as a characteristic product of the SPESSART region.
since its completion, BOTANICA serves as a training café. trainees and students are expected to run the kiosk independently in order to train their entrepreneurial thinking.
