Prefabricated house with a Mediterranean character built in Madrid, custom-designed and converted into a model from the inHAUS 111 modular house catalogue.

It has a surface area of 464 m² distributed over two floors. It stands out for its L-shaped layout and the use of lateral or L-shaped volumetry. In addition, it is important to emphasise the difficult design and result achieved with the envelope. This envelope that acts as "the skin of the house" has a different materiality to the rest of the house to make the design more prominent.

A modular house design with a Mediterranean style, using technological wood as the main material on the outside. A material with great durability and easy to clean. The façade is clad with large-format ceramic tiles (120 x 60) with a continuous joint.

The entrance is bright thanks to an inner courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows. On the main floor we find the Japanese or cantilevered wooden stairs. These are accompanied by an unanchored cantilevered glass, attached to the ceiling, which clears the area and a handrail embedded in the wall with lights.

On the lower floor we find the living room divided from the kitchen by an invisible door. In addition, we can highlight elements such as the coffered ceiling that provides direct lighting to the living room. The kitchen uses a very thick worktop that is extended to form a space that can be used for breakfast or an aperitif. Here we can find the union of design and functionality. The stairs give access to the first floor with double height and with two more rooms.

This prefabricated house in Madrid with a Mediterranean character has a clear and dominant L-shaped floor plan. This shape is pronounced with the presence of the envelope of the house, the cantilevers and legs at the ends that make its architecture possible. The modular house is distributed over two floors and four bedrooms, among which we highlight the master suite with a dressing room and a study inside.

Casa prefabricada de carácter mediterráneo construida en Madrid diseñada a medida y convertida en un modelo del catálogo de casas modulares 111 de inHAUS. 

Tiene una superficie de 464 m² distribuida en dos plantas. Destaca su distribución en forma de L y la utilización de la volumetría lateral o en forma de L. Además, es importante enfatizar en el difícil diseño y resultado conseguido con la envolvente. Esta envolvente que actúa como “la piel de la vivienda” tiene una materialidad diferente al resto de la casa para que el diseño sea más destacado. 

Un diseño de casa modular con un estilo mediterráneo, utilizando como material principal en el exterior la madera tecnológica. Un material con gran durabilidad y de fácil limpieza. La fachada está revestida con cerámico de gran formato (120 x 60) y con junta corrida. 

La entrada está dotada de gran luminosidad gracias a un patio interior y las ventanas suelo a techo. En la planta principal nos encontramos con las escaleras japonesas o voladas de madera. Estas son acompañadas por un cristal volado sin anclaje, con sujeción al techo, que despeja la zona y un pasamanos incrustado en la pared con luces.

En la planta inferior encontramos el salón dividido de la cocina por una puerta invisible. Además podemos destacar elementos como el foseado que aporta iluminación directa al salón. En la cocina se emplea una encimera de gran grosor que se alarga para formar un espacio que sirve para desayunar o tomar un aperitivo. Aquí podemos encontrar la unión de diseño y funcionalidad. Las escaleras dan acceso a la primera planta de doble altura y con otras dos habitaciones.

Esta casa prefabricada en Madrid de carácter mediterráneo posee una clara y dominante distribución en planta con forma de L. Esta forma se encuentra pronunciada con la presencia de la envolvente de la vivienda, los voladizos y patas en los extremos que hacen posible su arquitectura. La vivienda modular se distribuye en dos plantas y cuatro habitaciones, entre las que destacamos la suite principal con un vestidor y un estudio en su interior.
