SMART PARAPIMI HOUSE | Lisabesur Arquitectos

Project developed together with Alfonso Mollinedo Arquitectura.

The project consists of an isolated single-family home in the Pinares de Oromana of Alcala de Guadaira, Seville. The topography is very steep. The terrain is made of "albero" rock. We have on the plot 3 "pinus pinea", a "Schinus molle" (false pepper), a "Melia azedarach" (paradise tree) and a "Jacaranda mimosifolia" species that will be kept on site.

The project was born as a reflection of its integration into the plot, directed with a sense of sustainability and supported by bioclimatism. We intervene in a cellular and organic way.

The house has three levels: basement, arboreal and eagle's nest. Each one contains a reflection of relationship and position.

- The first level is accessed through a side ramp from the public space to a living platform in direct relation to the garden.

- The second level is accessed by continuing the side ramp that ends in another platform where the main access and parking area is located. Both vertical connecting ramps are made of striped concrete. From this platform to the tree level you can access the house through a walkway. This walkway is the only point of contact between the house and the territory.

- The third level is reached by a mobile internal staircase from the tree level.

The non-contact of the envelope and slabs of the house, in its entire contour, with the terrain or the rest of the platforms is a way of showing the character of moldability and integrative freedom of the action.

Criteria such as the use of natural light as a servant of the interior life cycle, the reuse of materials recovered from the excavation or of local origin, a smaller footprint on the ground, motivating the capacity to generate currents to move hot air mass, the rainwater recovery, the future ecological pool, use of permeable enclosures made of technological wood material, design of landscaping in accordance with the project with species with minimal water consumption, productive and low maintenance, mark the commitment of this project to the future and with the environment.
